1. Quotations and Commercial Rates
All price quotes provided via telephone (+91 9009272007 / 0771-4007433) or email (jmdtradingco.99@gmail.com) are subject to steel market fluctuations and are valid only for the date or duration specified on the formal quote document.
Prices quoted are exclusive or inclusive of applicable GST (18%) and transport freight charges as explicitly indicated at the time of order booking.
2. Order Placement, Payment, & Dispatch
Orders for Hot Rolled Steel Plates (IS 2062 Grade E250 / E350 / Chequered Plates) are confirmed upon receipt of agreed advance payment or purchase order confirmation from an authorized buyer representative.
- Dispatch dates are estimated based on yard inventory status and carrier availability.
- Full balance payment must be settled prior to loading or release of transport consignment unless pre-approved credit terms apply.
3. Weight Specifications & Tolerances
All Hot Rolled Steel Plate dimensions and weights listed on our weight chart adhere to standard BIS (IS 2062 / IS 1852) steel manufacturing norms.
- Actual commercial billing weight is determined by computer-certified weighbridge readings at our yard or mill dispatch.
- Permissible weight and thickness rolling tolerance of +/- 2.5% to 5% applies as per standard Indian Steel Rolling Mill practices.
4. Quality & Material Inspections
We supply prime structural Hot Rolled Steel Plates tested to meet standard chemical and mechanical properties. Mill Test Certificates (MTC - EN 10204 Type 3.1) are provided for every commercial dispatch.
Any material claims regarding physical defects, ultrasonic test results, or dimensional discrepancies must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of shipment receipt at the target delivery site.
5. CNC Plasma & Profile Cutting Orders
Custom profile-cut base plates, circular blanks, and sheared plates manufactured to customer drawings cannot be cancelled or returned once CNC processing has commenced in our workshop.
6. Limitation of Liability
Hrplates.com shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from site delays, transport delays caused by third-party carriers, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical bottlenecks.
